VOMS-202D underwent a major design overhaul, moving away from the conventional turret mechanism and newly
adopting a sliding drive system. According to the company, this innovation effectively eliminates micro-vibrations
that may occur during procedures. Sometech representative stated, “Dentists can observe teeth without any vibration
even at high magnification,” adding that “this has become a strong competitive advantage, particularly in endodontic
treatment, where precision is essential.”
The company also reported that more than 180 global dentists and dealers visited the Sometech booth during the exhibition.
A dentist from Mongolia reportedly commented that the depth perception of the 3D imaging and the stable, vibration-free
field of view during operation were particularly impressive.
During the exhibition, Sometech discussed strategic partnerships with distributors such as ONXY Dental Hub (Iraq) and
Dental Jaya (Indonesia). The company further noted that it established connections with potential customers in
North America, laying the groundwork for global expansion.
Looking ahead, Sometech plans to diversify its product lineup, including dental chair–mounted models and ceiling-mounted
systems, to build a structure for large-scale sales. In parallel, the company intends to secure Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)—leading
clinicians from countries such as Ethiopia and Syria—to establish strong clinical references.
Sometech official stated, “Through continuous technological innovation, including the introduction
of the sliding drive system, we aim to set the standard for 3D digital dental microscopes,”
adding, “Based on the global demand confirmed at this exhibition, we will accelerate our expansion
into the Middle East, Europe, and North American markets.”
